Today, on World Doctors’ Day, we’re celebrating the extraordinary doctors whose skill, compassion and dedication make such a difference to the lives of so many in the FSDP community. We are fortunate to have an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) as a Trustee – the amazing Angus Hickish.
Behind every scholar’s journey, there are medical professionals who listen, support, adapt and encourage — often quietly, often over many years, and often through complex or changing health conditions. Their care helps people rebuild confidence, manage challenges and pursue opportunities that once felt out of reach… including the chance to take to the skies.
