We’re delighted to introduce Hayley Budge, one of our 2023 Flying Scholarships for Disabled People scholars. Based in the beautiful Orkney Islands, Hayley completed her scholarship last year and has since been awarded an FSDP Bursary—additional funding that is helping her progress toward achieving her Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL).
Hayley’s determination, talent, and passion for aviation embody everything FSDP stands for. She’s now encouraging others to take that same leap and apply for an FSDP scholarship.
